This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a binding agreement between CoreSouth Lagree ("CoreSouth," "we," "us") and the authorized individual ("you," "User") who accesses CoreSouth Studio Analytics (the "Application"). By accessing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
Subject to this Agreement, CoreSouth grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Application for CoreSouth's internal business purposes during your authorization period.
Access is limited to individuals who sign in with a verified
@coresouthlagree.com account and who are authorized by CoreSouth management. You
are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sign-in credentials and for all
activity under your account.
You agree not to: (a) use the Application other than for authorized internal CoreSouth business; (b) attempt to access data you are not authorized to view; (c) export, sell, or disclose member, customer, or financial data to unauthorized parties; (d) reverse engineer, probe, or interfere with the Application or its security controls; or (e) use the Application in violation of applicable law or the terms of connected services (including MarianaTek, Stripe, and Intuit QuickBooks Online).
The Application integrates with third-party services. Your use of data originating from those services is also governed by their respective terms. CoreSouth processes such data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You authorize the Application to access connected services on CoreSouth's behalf for the analytics functions described therein.
The Application, including its software, design, and content, is owned by CoreSouth or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except the limited license expressly stated in this Agreement.
The Application exposes confidential CoreSouth business information, including member personal data and financial figures. You agree to treat all such information as confidential and to use it only for authorized CoreSouth purposes.
The Application is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Analytics, forecasts, and recommendations are provided for informational purposes and may contain inaccuracies; they are not financial, legal, or professional advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoreSouth will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Application.
CoreSouth may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, the license granted to you ends and you must stop using the Application.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
